What would you do with more motivation?
All the motivation you can dream of.
A constant flow of motivation.
Motivation in the morning.
Motivation in the afternoon.
Motivation in the evening.
What would be different?

Recently, a client of mine shared a LIST of 'reasons' she needed to make some changes in her diet and lifestyle....
poor health
low energy
hormone imbalance
skin issues
impending borage of medications
poor sleep
weight gain
bloating
She felt desperate, but not motivated. She said, "I'm just waiting to feel motivated."
HUH... there are some people that would feel motivated by that long list.
MAYBE... we don't need motivation.
Maybe... motivation is overrated.
Motivation comes and goes.
Maybe... what is more important is action.
ACTION.
Just do the thing.
No more thinking, waiting, or planning.
Just do it.
