Some individuals may see results after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing sessions over a more extended period to achieve and maintain their desired weight loss goals.
Hypnosis can be a helpful tool for weight maintenance by reinforcing healthy habits, improving self-discipline, and addressing underlying psychological factors that contribute to weight gain. However, long-term success ultimately depends on the individual's commitment to making sustainable lifestyle changes, including healthy eating and regular exercise. Hypnosis can be a supportive adjunct to these efforts but is not a standalone solution for maintaining weight loss indefinitely. Ongoing reinforcement sessions may be beneficial for some individuals to help sustain their progress over time.
