It's pretty profound.
I used to think I was lazy and unmotivated.
That if I could just be like "them" it would be easy.
It seemed that everyone else had life figured out, and I was on the outskirts.
Looking in at what I couldn't have.
Lazy and unmotivated.
What else could it be?
I wanted to want to eat better.
I wanted to want to exercise more.
But I just didn't ever do.... not consistently at least.
Turns out I was wrong. Very wrong.
Turns out, I just didn't have any good models in my life of healthy living.
It was always feast or famine.
